I changed my coolant recently, replenished the one from Volvo dealer, named Green-Blue by the people, and "Type C" by Volvo. The color of the coolant at this pic is actually as it should be. It is more like green when it reflects the light, and somewhat more blue when you see the light which passes through it.
...could be that the shown rust comes from somewhere else such as radiator and just accumulates in the engine compartment?...
