I will check the connectors again, but I suspect the weak response I get when I connect the center pin of IAC to positive and ground either outside pin. This is the original IAC in the car and I remember that when I did that a few years ago the IAC would nearly jump out of my hand. Could it be that IAC is not opening and closing with enogh force or completely?
