Hi Keith,

I'm glad your's works as designed. I've never had cars other than these two 960/S90's where I couldn't lock up the rear wheels by pulling up tight on the emergency brake. Both cables are adjusted properly on both these vehicles. The S90 has been this way since new. I complained to the dealer and they told me that it was not an E-brake, but a Parking brake and that it was only designed to hold a vehicle in place that was already fully stopped. Truth....? who knows.
