Volvo 740 No Start

Hi I have a post on here about my daughters 740 fuel pump issue now it has me back to thinking about my 740 GLE wagon issue. Its a 1987. Problem was intermitten no start that now just does not start.
In no particular order this is what has been done.

Fuel pump replaced under car and filter of course
IAC replaced
Distributor,cap,rotor and hall sensor replaced
plugs and wires
Fuel pump relay
radio Supression relay
Computer
Flame trap cleaned
New battery
The thing on the fender wall the name escapes me.

Crank Crank Crank but no start

No spark but cranks like crazy. I do not have a mechanic anywhere nearby. So I do most of my work myself. We have 3 volvos and about to have a fourth.
I just dont know what the issue is here.

The timing belt is good.
