What it boils down to 140-160 1970

Paul,

Well, *my* DGAV was rotten anyway. Really, really worn out and stuff going missing/failing all the time. Prior to the mystery & frustration it was powerful & economical. I was never totally happy with the look of the plugs, but I never re-jetted it either. Didn't make my Datsun & BMW oh-2 friends until after the car was laid-up for the axle swap, I could get more out of it if I wanted to, or absolutely had to.

So that 2 barrel Holley sits right on the Cannon manifold without modification? One more thing to try.

I recall you mentioning that pedal throw adjustment previously; if the on-off gets agonizing in traffic I might have to check that out. Right now it's no more argumentative than my old Ford 460 4v was, but that had a c6 trans & I just learned to let the torque take me to 17mph before accelerating!

Thanks & cheers, -Sean
