I see what your are getting at. I think what they want you to avoid is rush hour as in driving to work and parking in public parking lots -- places where most fender benders and door dings occur. I live in Canada and use a "broker" called Lant. They don't actually doe the insuring as they are a broker. They use insurance companies they work with. If you know anyone who actually deals with Hagerty the name of the insurer will be on the documentation from the Haggerty.
