Yea, it hesitates pretty badly, just a hunch that it's a sticky float or something. You could be right about why the guy who owned it before Ethan parked it, it isn't dying anymore, but I have yet to try it on the freeway. I wanted to wait until I had reliable carbs before I did that again. I don't want to get hit with another $80 towing fee. I recall Ethan telling me that he had or did a lot of work on the ignition system. Maybe we should look into that though.
