along with a four-into-one header and a weber carb

You may want to do a search in the Archives about 4/1 headers and and the Weber DVG carb. I have no personal experience with either, but I seem to remember fairly regular negative comments on this Board over the years. If you do decide to go that route, and in case you don't already have a Weber DGV manifold, I have one I'll be glad to let you have real cheap.
