I'm showing a Code 232 as a bad long term fuel trim, idling, at upper or lower limit.
Did you also clean the Idle Air Control valve when you cleand the throttle body?

What reading sdid you get off the O2 sensor?
Check you fuel pressure at startup. idle, and shutoff to check for too little fuel at the injectors.
Spray propane while the engine is running near the #1 & #2 intake manifold as close to the head as you can. If the engine speeds up you found your issue. If you have the stock orange intake gasket, you need to replace it with the improved green one.
If the ECM is dumping max fuel into the engine, then you have a severe vacuum leak. (intake manifold, vacuum tree on the intake ball, power brake booster, etc...)
