I did non make a point of cleaning the IAC, where is it?

Methyl hydrate is pretty much gas line anti freeze. It absorbs moisture in the gas tank. In cold weather condensation forms on the tank if it is half full. Methyl hydrate helps get the water out of the system

I am not sure what the reading was - mechaniuc tested it. What reading should i get and how can I test it myself?
