What the others have said leaves little doubt about the pickle you find yourself in, and what your options are - none of them the longed for easy fix, unless you know how the pick locks. Sorry. I had a locksmith get a nonfunctioning lock with a worn out key back into shape again and make me a couple of new keys for the grand sum of $6, but the old key had a number on it, and with that he got the cutting instructions from his computer. That makes me wonder: wouldn't Volvo have a record somewhere that could tell what key and lock number went with what chassis or body number?
