The dash does not need to come out, and these are not really hard to pull at all.
I bet if your motor works and is audible the gears are stripped on the inside of the motor.
240 stuff is different. Linkages are not the same.
I think that Ebay Item number: 190097446333 is the correct part, but the seller lists this as working 67-74 and I am ALMOST POSITIVE that 73 and 74 motors are different.

That one looks correct, but there are issues..... SWF? (Single White Female?)
