'73-74 140's have the wiper motor on the upper right of the fire wall. Most of the linkage is still underneath the dash and is a pain to get too. I had one where one of the 3 mounts on the motor was broken, and instead of moving the wipers thru a full arc, it mostly just flopped back and forth until it broke it's grounding plate, rendering the wipers completely inoperable...
