I have never seen a frequency valve and I have no buzzing. I do know that some systems have the valve but do all the CIS systems have that valve? That could be part of my problem. But keep in mind that it runs well and is now idling without dying. Where would the frequency valve be located? And what exactly am I look for? Thanks..Max
