vibration when breaking .....please help! 700

It's probably your rotors again. If they were resurfaced due to warpage then metal was shaved off which reduces their mass and causes them to warp even faster the next time. Could also have a stuck caliper but any signs of that should have been fixed when you last had your brakes done.
