I had the same problem on my 91 740T,
I now believe that when the Tire shop rotated by tires they over torqued my lug nuts. In any case 2 new rotors fixed it right up.

Check the other stuff first including the stuck caliper, if everything else is OK just get two rotors. You cant hardly get them cut for the price of new ones from Autozone or where ever!
