Valve Problem 700

10in HG vacuum at idle is pretty low. Should be around 15-17. So..... what causes low intake vacuum? Intake leak, exhaust blockage, leaky valve(s), slipped camm belt, ???? Need those compression numbers. Should be around 140-150 for a turbo I believe. That's what mine read last time I checked.
