I have purchased from VLVworld in the past and was pleased by their service and parts. Their packaging methods are low cost and less glamorous than some of the other guys, but I've never been disappointed with their product. They seem to be true Volvo fans and proud of their general standing in the Volvo community.

I am not discounting your experience, but I am hopeful that if you call them they will be able to alleviate some of your disappointement and straighten out the problem.
