My B20 seems to take a long time to warm up 120-130

Bill,

I don't think you could possibly have too much cooling. I wouldn't worry about the fan or the ceramic coated exhaust.

My experience with a Mikuni carb on my Harley was that warmup time was uneffected compared to the Bendix it replaced. But then, a Harley seldom requires a choke to start; a couple of squirts of the accelerator pump is usually primed enough to get going unless it is too cold to ride anyway.

The more likely situation is the thermostat is not closing.
