My B20 seems to take a long time to warm up 120-130

I replaced the thermostat with a different brand, rated for 81 Celsius , which is what the original was rated for. It has helped, but driveability when cold is still not as good as the SU's.

I also took another look in the Mikuni tuning guide, and it mentions that slow warmup could be caused by the needle being set too lean, so I'm going to try enriching it a notch, which is as far as I can go with the needle. I think I'm going to switch to the next richest needle and smaller seats in the near future.
Right now the carbs have #97 needles.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

Bill
