Throttle position sensor- B230F 700

Yeah, What CHRIS MULLET said.

And to answer your specific question. Put a long screwdriver on the Throttle Sensor (Anywhere on the plastic), Put the handle to your ear. The slightest turn of the acceletaror and you should hear a click. That's the correct adjustment.

How are you spark plugs? Wet? Black?
Pull off the front hose of the Fuel Pressure regulator and see if the hose has gas in it. That's a sign of a bad Fuel Pump Regulator which will cause a Rich condition.
It wont run at all or it dies as you get off the throttle? I'd clean the Idle control valve if it's just a no idle situation.
