I'm going to be a bit of a contrarian because of my recent visit to a dealership. To cut down on fuel useage(i.e. money for gas... my fuel bill was $760.xx last month) I purchased a used Saturn sedan for a very good price(it blew a tranny line to the radiator while I was about to test drive it). The seller just wanted it gone without repairing anything so i got it dirt cheap. I was able to purchase some parts at places like Advance and a radiator at my favorite truck parts place for a very reasonable amount. However for tranny lines and a few other things I needed to go to the dealer. It was a very pleasant experience. Cost for 2 tranny lines, quick connects to work with them and captve mounting nuts came to a grand total of $48.00. The counter man could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Although front wheel drive, it was pretty easy to work on( maybe good practice for when its time for an 850). I've only driven it a bit so far but gas mileage seems good... rated @ 25/36 and is pretty fun to drive. Will be using it to visit customers when I don't need to carry a heavy load in the V8 pickup.
