Fuel pressure 140-160

I don't see an access plug for a tank screen. Will look again. The Volvo parts diagram I have looked at show a tank with a screen and one without. Where the fuel line attaches to the tank is about half way up the tank. There has to be something on the inside that goes to the bottom of the tank. The car lacks power but does run even with the tank low. If there is a pickup tube in the tank can it be replaced?

There is a vent for the tank. It is just a line without any type of carbon filter. I checked that and it is clear.

The fuel line to the fuel pump is all metal till just before the pump then there is rubber to the pump. I replaced that. It could have pin holes but hard to tell. I'm getting a small amount of air bubbles in the clear filter after the pump from time to time. I see no fuel leaking under the car. If it had pin holes I would suspect the metal line where it bends up over the rear axle. going to give it all another going over and retest the pressure.
