You've been getting some good advice here, but I will add a few more items to check.
That 25A fuse in the engine compartment is a prime culprit-- check it, and the wires leading in and out of it. Corrosion is a major problem.
Also, the ignition amplifier (power stage) will cause intermittent cut-outs. It is on the inner fender well. They aren't too expensive new, but they are practically free at pick and pulls. Grab a couple. They are often heat sensitive, causing stalls when warm and restarting is possible as soon as they cool down.
The fuel system relay is also a good candidate. Resolder or replace on any car with over 100K on it.
The crank position sensor (RPM sensor) is also a likely candidate, and at this point unless you have records showing a recent change, it is time for one anyhow. Fiddly to install, but not rocket science.
If the stalling/sputtering only happens with less than 1/2 a tank of gas, consider the transfer pump in the fuel tank and its plumbing, which can crack and cause air to leak in causing air to be pumped rather than fuel.
Good luck!
