I don't know about the 1/4 glass,hopefully it it set in butyl flex,and you can cut it out with a paring knife after you figure out how to remove the trim with wooden wedges and a trim bone.
The DRIPRAIL trim is removed with a bottle opener taped up preferably an alloy one { or two}.
Hook it on the bottom,flex it down,and flip it off a bit at a time.
