Consider practicing trim removal technique on a car in the junkyard so you don't bend yours that you will want to reuse.
Once the moldings are off, you can use a guitar string to cut the glass free from the car. It should be one of the strings with an outer winding (not a plain wire one), and can be either acoustic or electric, but not a nylon one from a classical guitar (they aren't strong enough) Poke the end of the string through the black goo that holds the glass, and work the string around the opening with a sawing motion. Be careful not to damage the interior trim panel.
Black goo is very messy, and sticks to everything it touches. Most petroleum solvents will remove it with little difficulty.
