Starting Problem 900

My B230FT will not start on the first try, no matter how long I crank (2 sec to 30 sec). If I just turn the key for a split second, turn it back and restart the car will start within 1-2 seconds no matter if it is cold (freezing) or hot (90 F)
I did replace the under car fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel presurre regulator, and fuel check valve.
It might be more so if the car sat still for over 2 hours or so.
What is happening? Is something expensive going to happen?
