It's not the Crank Sensor (this time) 200 1990

I'm glad this "fix" worked for you. The toggle switch is a good idea. Be aware that we have defeated a Safety Circuit here:

• The FI System should NOT operate until the ECU gets timing pulses from the Ignition CU.

Only then will the ECU complete the (blue/green) ground to the Fuel relay. This prevents pumping fuel to a dead engine—as in an accident.
