What I didn't see in this message was any mention of a printout from their alignment machine. Post the results.

I should add that I recently had my car aligned, and from the printout the toe is within spec (the caster/camber is close, at least... but not easily adjustable). It does feel like it doesn't want to stay in a straight line all that much. The guy has made an offer to take it for a test drive and go from there -- too bad my work/sleep schedule is so insane. Time for you to find a competent shop.
