Replacing a B-18 with a B-20 120-130 1966

With the B-18 in my '66 130 pretty much at the end of it's life, I'm planning on putting a B-20 in the car. As I look up info in the archives, I'm coming up with more questions.

Which of the various b-20s is the easiest to make work with my '66? What is the difference between the b-20 variants?

What kind of issues might I run into getting a fuel injection b-20 to work with the twin SU carbs from the b-18?

Are there any other unforeseen problems that might pop up during this swap (IE: anything that won't bolt right up)?

I've been looking for basic info about the swap in the archives. There's lots of info about exotic swaps (V8s, etc...) but that's way more then I want to do. The goal here is for the easiest swap possible.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks!
