If you have a B18, you can bore it ~3mm and use B20 pistons. If it's a B20, you can bore it ~3 mm and use B21 pistons.

FT pistons have dished tops, to lower the CR for forced induction purposes. You wouldn't want that. No need for new rods either, they aren't wear items. New rod and main bearings, however.

I got pistons for my over boared B20 at FCP Groton, pretty reasonably priced.
