DIESEL - no uphill power at all?

I will try a new fuel filter and air too.
I changed the fuel filter this winter and reused the old o ring as the new one fit oddly.
The air filter is a K&N that was REALLY dirty and I cleaned it but I will try a regular one and see if it makes a difference. Maybe I just didnt get it clean enough!
