Sure sound like the sensor, but I wouldn't risk ~$115 without tracing the wire all the way back. It's pretty well protected in that sleeve, but you never know.

The best buy I've found for the NGK 25002 is at Sparkplugs.com. Recent price check showed it still $99.85. Shipping was $13.80 for 2 sensors back in i/06.
