Regina Oxygen sensor testing 700 1990

That's not 0.4V I saw. It was 0.04V.

Just to be sure I tried this again after getting home. The engine was at operating temp after the drive. With sensor plugged in I got 0.043V which slowly climbed to a whopping 0.045V when I revved the engine. It never made it to 0.1V. With the sensor unplugged, I got a reading of 0.012 that did not vary with RPM.

I didn't see any obvious chafing on the wire sleeve, but I couldn't see as far as the actual sensor without lifting the car.
