Rhaire here. Not Tom. I agree, as out own OD Guru taught me years ago, the OD solenoid O-rings have failed and fluid is keeping the solenoid engaged. If you can contact Duane, he is very helpful with the O-ring renewal. Not difficult, but you need to coax the piston out of the solenoid without scratching it up. Then, install new rings and it is as good as new.
