You've got the timing too far advanced. Move it back just a bit at a time until the pining stops. Then advance it again until it pings only under heavy load. Finally, back-off the advance until it just does not ping. A long uphill will load the engine sufficiently to determine the "sweet" spot. Just accelerate from a low RPM with a lot of throttle. Once you've got the timing set readjust the idle mix and speed.
