Starting problem 200 1980

The 1980 is a K-jet. When you try to start normally you can hear the pumps turning on. When the problem occurs there is no pump noise when the key is turned. I can bypass the relay with a jumper. The pumps are running before the key is turned on. Still no start. The Fuel relay is new. Is there another fuse that would prevent the start?
