Brake problem??? S90-V90

During a sudden hard stop on a wet road the Antilock Brake System (ABS) almost surely kicks in. Yes it makes a horrible noise but stops the wheels from locking up and keeps your car going straight for a quicker safer stop. I am surprised you have never had it activate before. Next time it rains try a few practice panic stops in safe area to become familiar with the ABS system.
