You can take a sharp metallic probe and carefully force it into the ICU connector pins (5&9) from behind to make electrical contact while the unit is in service. Do this on both pins and then short them out with a jumper. You can also use sharp hair pins(?) to penetrate the insulation on the yellow and black leads just before they get into the ICU connector and jumper them at that point. This should fool the ICU into thinking there is a pulse and deliver a spark signal to the coil. Also double check the sleeves are on the right pins. They should match up to the green, yellow and smaller gauge black wires. Pins 3,5 and 9 respectfully.
