wow.... 400k... that is a _LOT_ of miles for a 140. If very well maintained, not a biggie... but that's a lot for a 140.

As for the B18... I don't really have a problem with that. A bit lacking in power to a B20, or maybe George knows something I don't.

In any event, this is not a car that anyone will ever care about matching numbers.. .easy enough to drop in a B20

'Rebuilt at some point'... B20s rarely get past a couple hundred thousand miles, so that could have 150-200k on it's rebuild... in which case, it's got a tired engine.
