OK, a little more info... Not sure if I can use Black Book values, but here they are:

Excellent= $4700
Good= $2500
Fair= $1400

I see where this would start at the "Good" value, but I really feel it would appraise closer to "Excellent", given it's a "well maintained" original with everything operational. We'll shoot for $2500 as a starting point and I'm supposed to meet w/the owner this evening... Stay tuned...
