Ahh, blower motor memories.. hehe, ok, things to remember. The advice about remembering which side and all that for the impeller blades is good, because you will mix them up somehow..so is the advice to test them in the housing before you put it all back together to make sure everything spins well.
I've always had to remove the instrument cluster to get to the duct work behind there so i can get off the driver side impeller housing. I've even had to remove all the duct work on that side to do so. If you have to do this beware there are little metal "staples" that hold the duct work together, and some are really hard to get to, I had to use a nail around the backside of the driverside ductwork to pry it apart, not fun. I'm not sure which kit you got for the motor but just remember to put the motor in the right way, and all that, sometimes i don't replace the resistor since its a b@#$ to get to, but thats up to you. I personally also make a small slit in the ducts on each side that attach at the floor to the impeller housing, makes it easier to slide on and off, also cut the carpet a little, (you can't notice it if you do it right).
Well good luck, theres alot about this in the archives, and i know art's page is awsome, have fun!
