Hello Josh,

If you do not have the factory schematic for that car, you need to get one. Check to make sure that you have voltage to ground at your fuel pump fuse first, then the relay. If the pumps will work wired directly to the battery, which they do, then the problem is either a broken wire or an ECU problem. Check the 700/900 FAQs, but get the Volvo green book for that model.
