I might suspect issues at the relay block, known to occur. I am not sure your 563 ECU is known for the old loss of fuel pump ground (like a 561) but it is one of the more fragile ECUs. If you can borrow a 563, 937, 967 or 954 ECU (later 740 and 940 Ts) it might help eliminate faults.
