Lets talk about Binary Heater Valve 200

Hello,

Very aware of the binary valve, and tried the adjustment (more than once). Also tired to adjust the cable in attempt to get more control.

However Binary is good description, this is not an analog valve at least not a very good one. Still have on or off with even a slight jog of the leaver over to the right. This is a 24 year old part what appears to be in good shape as far as overall condition.

Was hoping someone had found another option even if it involved some plumbing that would offer at least slightly better control off that 190F coolant that is going through the heater core.

May not be out there, but never hurts to see what folks have worked up.

Regards,

Paul
