It's the problems that go away by themselves that I Hate 200 1989

Less then 2 months ago, I did a throttle body cleaning, AMM cleaning ( for the first time ever) flame trap, Idle air control cleaning. So these connections were separated and reattached.
This was someting I was going to do at lunch, push down on ignition wires, and separate and remate the AMM. After the car decided to run nice again I actually hit some small bumps to see if it would shake a bad connection loose again.
Maybe something got past the Fuel filter and held up an injector..I don't know but I hope it's gone for good OR I find something obvious.
