The above website has original Volvo green book manuals for 122/Amazons that you can download.

Although B20E is not listed, the B18 and B20 books are basically the same and will show you which special tools you might want to use.

Are you using an all steel gear set or fiber and steel gear set?

I strongly recommend that you update your front timing cover to 1 that uses a neoprene seal if it has not already been done.

And make sure the front seal sleeve is smooth. New sleeves or a sleeve repair kit are available.
