Are you hearing or feeling any symptoms? To me they don't look all that bad in the pictures. I think when they are bad you might hear some groans, squeaks, clicks or clunks when turning in parking lots. Take off the black plastic caps and see what you find. Someone with more experience will probably reply with more ideas.
