The Plus 12V to injectors is constant via the RSR relay
The injectors are enabled with the switched ground via the ECU
(This is why the grounds at the intake manifold are so important)

The next time I'm at the boneyard, I'll get an injector connector to
make a "noid light". That will speed up troubleshooting.

If you're new to that car, there's no end of intermittant problems
with loose relay socket lugs. That includes the FI relay which is
a fatal fault.
