The rear speakers are definitely blown. Like no noise coming out OR the Cones are ripped?

You take the speakers out of the car and they do not play on any other Stereo?

It doesn't make sense, it sounds like you bought Overkill speakers for the stereo, after replacing the stereo and you still have problems.
